A: It might be an issue with your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.). Try viewing the store in a different browser to see if that solves the problem.
Q: I've added products to my cart but now I can't figure out how to check out.
A: You can get to your shopping cart on the right side of the page or by clicking the small shopping cart icon at the top-right of the page. You can also get there by following this link: https://store.cdss.org/component/mijoshop/checkout/cart
Q: There's a product in my cart that I want to remove but I don't know how.
A: To remove an item from your cart, click the red "X" next to the name of the product you want to remove.
Q: I clicked the red "X" and the item is still in my cart. Now what?
Q: Can I use the store without an email address?
