Q: I'm having trouble loading the store. What's going on?
A: It might be an issue with your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc.). Try viewing the store in a different browser to see if that solves the problem.
Q: I've added products to my cart but now I can't figure out how to check out.
A: You can get to your shopping cart by clicking the large shopping cart icon on the top right or the small blue shopping cart icon on the right side of the top green navigation bar. You can also get there by following this link: https://store.cdss.org/component/mijoshop/checkout/cart
Q: There's a product in my cart that I want to remove but I don't know how.
A: To remove an item from your cart, click the red "X" next to the name of the product you want to remove.
Q: I clicked the red "X" and the item is still in my cart. Now what?
Q: Can I use the store without an email address?
